Benelli Tornado 302 Pictures Gallery - Benelli, famous for its high performance naked street bikes, gets a fully-faired new addition to its list. Named as Tornado 302, the machine is a faired version to the TNT 302 sold worldwide. The same comes with a different name (TNT 300) for the Indian market, increasing the chances for the newcomer to to be named as Tornado 300 in India. The motorcycle was one of the major attractions of the EICMA 2015.
Dimension and Weight
The Tornado 300 for the Indian market measures 2175mm in length, 746mm in width and 1146mm in height. The seat height of the motorcycle remains the same at 790mm, with a fuel tank measuring 14 liters. The bike weighs 180 kg and gets a wheelbase of 1410mm. It comes with a nice ground clearance of 180mm.
Engine and Gearbox
Benelli Tornado 302 uses the same engine as the TNT 300. The 300cc, 2-cylinder motor on the machine produces a max of 36 BHP @ 12,000 rpm and 27 NM @ 9,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine to the motorcycle is a tried and tested unit, ending the chances of it being rough driven or low at performance.
